I was talking about Bluetooth tethering, and asking if it requires hotspot to work, because with unlimited data you could tether with bluetooth and theoretically have unlimited internet on your PC through your phone. Can you tether via wifi? There is a wifi tethering app.

Activate USB Tethering had to read through a help message telling me that WiFi will be disabled for either Mobile Hotspot or USB Tething. 5. Clicked okay. At this point I am now "USB Tethering" but no data is flowing.
