Get My Cloud to show in Windows 10 File - WD Community Here is what I just found with a Google search and it worked for me. Open the Control Panel select Programs and Features then open Turn Windows features on or off then make sure the following box is checked, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, your computer will have to reboot for it to take affect. End results, my My Cloud is My Cloud - Apps on Google Play The My Cloud app also integrates with other cloud services, providing a centralized location for all your content.
