Quick Look: HBO subscribers with service through a participating TV provider can get on-demand access to current and past seasons of HBO's top original series, including The Newsroom, Foo Fighters Sonic Highways, Deadwood, and Oz. Subscribers also have access to HBO original movies, documentaries, and miniseries. You can not currently get any of the new content (Max content) that is part of HBO Max using a Roku device. Access to that new content is available with the standalone HBO Max app, which is not currently available on Roku. They are still negotiating on the terms of a new agreement.
